Church administration entails the way a Church is run in short.(Chaka 2024).
A Church has various departments or ministries within it .If it is to be well coordinated then administration has to be very deliberate and purposeful .
Proper administration has the following benefits among many others :

2.Proper structures in terms of administration ensures accountability which in turn helps Church members to feel they are in safe hands.

5.Church administration forms a strong backbone of the Church and guards against privatisation of Church assets both movable and immovable.
6.Good and proper Church administration helps in times of transitions and crisis.
7.Programs are well coordinated and the machinery runs well.
